DESCRIPTION
Striploins are a boneless cut from the short loin that’s highly prized for its excellent balance of flavor & tenderness. The Strip Loin can be prepared as a roast but is typically cut into the popular Strip Steak or also known as an NY Strip Steak. In veal, the striploin can be cut into tender, flavorful cutlets, chops, or medallions. They can also be roasted whole and carved at the table.

This company began as a family business in 1885. Now, more than a century later, it has grown into one of the world’s largest veal slaughterhouses. It is also the only veal slaughterhouse in the Netherlands with a royal distinction, that of appointment to the court or Hofleverancier.
