Our brisket won’t fall apart and crumble when you cut it. Brisket is meant to be sliced and when you pull it apart it snaps. Our chefs will smoke your fresh brisket and we’ll deliver it to you moist, smokey, and mouthwatering. We use our own in-house brisket rub and we’ll smoke your brisket for 10hrs low and slow over hickory and mesquite wood.

How do you like your brisket? We usually smoke our brisket for 10 hours, and there are two schools of thought about how a brisket should turn out. If you have a specific request, please share it in the notes.
1. Traditional – cooked for 10 hours but won’t easily fall apart and is easy to slice.
2. Non-Traditional – Cooked longer so that it will easily fall apart.

Fine Print: Please note that smoked meat shrinks. When you buy an 8kg brisket, you don’t end up with 8kg of smoked meat. Meat shrinks massively when smoking for hours and hours. Your initial 8kg will be 5-6kg. Yes, they lose that much weight during the smoking process, it’s the same for ribs, turkeys, etc.
A 5-6kg brisket usually feeds 14-16 people
