Our homemade Shoyu Ramen Broth is good for the soul. As one of the most popular styles of ramen, Shoyu takes its name from the tare (seasoning) that gives it that base layer of flavor. Soy is used to flavor the ramen broth that’s made from boiling chicken & beef bones for long periods of time. This combination gives the broth a deep, complex, and rich umami flavor.
