Taji Wagyu is a 350-400 days grain-fed program based in NSW, Australia was created to offer our customers a premium 4-5MB Wagyu. What you can expect is a melt-in-your-mouth texture and tenderness.
If you’re new to Bolar Blade, it’s from the shoulder blade of the cattle. It’s a very flavorful cut that is versatile enough to be cooked whole as a roast, sliced into steaks and grilled on the barbecue or in a pan, thinly sliced for a stir-fry or diced for slow cooking in a braise or casserole.
