Taji Wagyu is a 350-400 days grain-fed program based in NSW, Australia was created to offer our customers a premium 2-3 MB Wagyu. What you can expect is a melt-in-your-mouth texture and tenderness.
The tenderloin is considered a prized cut of meat known for its incredible tenderness, which can be attributed to its low fat content and location on the cow. Because the tenderloin is not heavily used, it’s incredibly tender and has a delicate, buttery texture that practically melts in your mouth.
