DESCRIPTION
St. Louis-style spareribs are flatter than baby back ribs, which makes them easier to brown. There is a lot of bone but also a higher amount of fat giving them a more succulent and fattier characteristic than baby back ribs. St. Louis ribs are very flavorful if cooked properly. Each slab varies in weight. For example, a 1.2kg slab feeds about 3-4 people.
