Our Whole Roasted Duck is brined, then smoked for 3 hours. All you need to do is cook it in the oven and serve. You have a choice of Hoisin Sauce, which has a dark sweet & savory plumb taste, or a light, sweet & zesty L’Orange sauce.

COOKING INSTRUCTION: Preheat oven to 200°C and cook for 30min. Ovens do vary though so make sure you keep an eye on them. Then rest for 10 minutes before serving.
We recommend pouring the sauce on top of the duck just before you serve it after it’s been heated in the oven. You can also use the sauce for dipping. It’s not recommended to put the sauce on the duck before roasting in the oven as the skin won’t become crispy.
