Our homemade lentil soup is thick and hearty. It is made with simple, fresh ingredients from our pantry, nothing fancy, just good soup. After making our lentil soup, we cool it, then blast freeze it. It comes frozen, so either thaw it or save it for another day.

Ingredients: Lentil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Carrots, Onion, Garlic, Celery, Chopped Tomato, Bay Leaves, Salt, Pepper
Reheating Instruction: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or in lukewarm water. Heat in a medium pot or saucepan to a light simmer; do not reduce.
